Hourly Rate

Pay as you go / ad-hoc hours can be booked as and when needed and are charged at a fixed pay as you go rate, with no ongoing commitment. Payment within 7 days of invoice.

Pay as you go hours I can not always guarantee the time will be available for you that month.

Daily rates up to 8 hours - payments due within 7 days of invoice.

Monthly Retainers

A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs!

  • Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes

  • Packages do not carry over from month-to-month

Our Monthly Retainer packages require a 3 month minimum commitment. Retainer packages are paid in advance. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the end of the month with payment due within 7 days.

Inbox Management

£650 per month

  • Check your inbox twice a day (Mon-Fri excl. Bank holidays)

  • When necessary respond to emails with agreed holding email

  • When necessary forwarding emails to relevant person

  • Identifying and flagging emails requiring attention

  • Filing emails that don't require action but need to be kept

  • Unsubscribing from any junk emails

  • Creation and management of folders

Social Media Set Up

£100 one off fee - £15 per additional account

The social media setup package is perfect if you want to start using social media but just don’t know where to begin.

What’s included?

  • Setup of your Facebook business page, Instagram, Threads or Twitter account. (You can choose which platforms you would like)

  • Custom cover banner and profile picture matching your branding.

While I work on setting this up you can have a think of all the content you’re going to post to connect with your target audience and build your online presence!

Content Creation & Scheduling

The content creation and scheduling package is ideal if you don’t have the time and hours in the day to sit on social media replying to messages, creating and posting content after you finish work for the day. You can rest knowing it is taken care of while you work!

Packages are paid for up front.
